values and family education, even within our good churches, is disappointing and
frustrating. We hope to change the trend for our community. Those who lead and
teach in the Family Life Ministries will be the first to admit that our families are not
perfect and that we do not have all of the answers. But we do believe we can find all
the answers in following our perfect Savior, Jesus Christ.
Most people believe it is difficult and improbable to gain insight into being a mother,
son, daughter, father or spouse from Jesus, but consider the following:
1. Jesus had no biological father (Joseph was his step-father)
2. Jesus lived with all step-siblings
3. Jesus cared for his mother even up until death (John 19.27)
