The youngest AWANA club is Cubbies. Cubbies is for all boys and girls; 3 years old up to Kindergarten. Mrs. Stephanie Burdette, our director, is a Marine wife with 2 boys; Mrs. Jewell, who has assisted in Cubbies for two years is her helper. Crafts, a memory verse, puppets, snacks, games, and a lesson all working together to teach one truth each night. Cubbies utilize a sign-out identification security process. Please make sure and bring your child to the Cubbies room (maps and a directory are available) to drop off and pick up your child; a leader will be there to explain how the system works.
The middle AWANA club is Sparks. Sparks is for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. Verse memorization and individual projects are a major part of Sparks. Mrs. Kendra Posey, a mother of two, and 6 year veteran at Directing, heads up this group. Sparks has also implimented the sign-out identification process for security. Please be sure to come with your child to the Sparks room (maps and a directory are available) to drop off and pick up your child, and a leader will explain the system.
The oldest club at Victory is Go and Do. Go and Do is a club born of the best in AWANA, Master Club, and Victory's family centered-ness. Go and Do is for 3rd through 6th grade boys and girls. Go and Do leaders, Mr. Joel (a major in the Marine Corps and father of 2 boys) and Mrs. Rebecca (mother of 3 and 3 year veteran of AWANA) are the leaders who guide this group. Go and Do focuses on a well-rounded Christian life that is full of learning and doing. Don't miss it!
