Pastor Owens and his wife Connie have been serving in full-time ministry for over 30 years. They have been ministering to the Nokesville community at Victory Baptist Church since 1975. They have a son in Fort Royal, VA; a son in Kentucky; as well as a daughter in Kentucky. Pastor Owens has a passion for meeting personal needs, evangelism, and the elderly.
